New season new menu! After having been multiple time at DIM the last months (always a wonderful) time, I was amazed by their new menu. The dining experience has turned to an even more 360. Gustative, visual, olfactive, exploratory, thoughtful. The creativity of the dishes, with sometimes simple and clear savors and sometimes very elaborated ones. Simon in the kitchen and his team are making sure you never forget this tasteful experience. You don’t miss any note throughout the menu: savor, acidity, sweetness, smoked, colors… Beautiful in the plate, magic in the mouth. Every dish has a story and a special handling, and Jonas, Salima and Sofie know all about it, they will take you with them on a trip to Japan during the whole evening. They have an amazing very unique wine card, as well as lots of saké’s and even a saké pairing to the menu. Thanks to the team for the wonderful time again. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

A cozy diner at Dim Dining begins begins with a warm welcome of Jonas and his team. This refined interior with a lot of character and a sense of authentic, is taking you away from time and space. Wonderful food paired with sake, the specialty of the house. The lovely team is passionate and knows about the products, Jonas the sake expert will tell you all about it and make you travel to Japan throughout the night. Quality products as Wagyu, langoustine, deer, fresh salmon & tuna, caviar and and a very fine selection of wines, champagnes and spirits. An evening of letting yourself be pampered, just enjoy. Don't hesitate and reserve straight away!
Starred rated dining experience ! We dined a lot in star restaurants in Europe and overseas but this little treasure is one of a kind. From the high level of hospitality to the excellent food. We truly recommending DIM to everybody.
If you like Asian food and have time ... you should have been here ! If not the best, or is certainly one of the best Asian restaurants in Antwerp and beyond.
My girlfriend and I went here to celebrate our birthdays and we were delighted that we chose Dim Dining. The whole evening was fantastic. After a warm welcome and some good starters with an aperitif we chose for the 9-course menu with sake. It was delicious, staff was friendly and made sure we enjoyed our evening. Perfectly timed and with attention to detail. The quality and experience is not cheap but at Dim Dining you actually get what you pay for. We recommend it.

Excellent experience. We chose the chefs choice menu and it was fantastic. We were never disappointed, 12 course menu. The service was outstanding. Very nice wine selection. Don't expect to get away cheap. It was worth every penny. Will go back soon!
