I called Hyundai Moorkens and asked for a test drive. They made an appointment for the next day, When I arrived at the meeting time, they told me that there was no car at that day... They ruined my day! I changed my mind to buy a Hyundai in Belgium! Bytheway X1 is cheaper than Tucson... (They have similar option) Poor customer service.

Absolutely appalling. Zero customer service. I do not recommend this place what so ever. I call Some a lady by phone named Carla (and in a day an age where communication via email or online is key) I ask for a price offer. The person categorically refused to offer me one ! Well If in contacting in regards for a car it's to buy one silly. Don't waste your money here clearly they don't have time to give you an offer or any descent advantages. Your better of going to their competitors whom are much nicer and actually want to make money!
