I bought a Funko pop doll in the first week of december 2020, ordered from the Netherlands. To be honest I was a bit concerned on how trustworthy this shop would be, whilst the website doesn't look very flashy or esthetic, I hadn't heard of Archonia before and it was my first time buying here. But nothing then credits here! The doll arrived within 2 days, communication was perfect, service was friendly and fast and the product was perfect. I would definitely recommend Archonia.com and will order here again in the future!

Great customer service! I bought my son a Flash action figure for Christmas and he lost it! The tears were immense since it became his favorite. I contacted them and asked if they would expedite it even though I paid with bank transfer which usually takes longer. I sent them a screen shot of the transfer and they said they would send it for the next day! There will be a very happy kid tomorrow!! Thanks so much!!!
I got my order delivered the very next day! Books came in very good condition, wrapped in plastic, then in bubble wrap, covered in thick paper and put in a box. Got a free bookmark, which is very nice. Easy to say my next manga purchase will also be here!
The service is great but the website is old and can be finicky (payment failing and having to try again an hour later). They have a great range of products available but the prices are often very steep. I honestly only buy here and nowhere else because there is no competition I can go to.
