I flew with this Airlines and their planes are very comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff were very cooperative and the flight attendants were very nice in responding to passengers' needs. I enjoyed flying via Lufthansa and I'm considering booking my flights thru Lufthansa Airlines again in my future plans.

Too strict, not client friendly especially in zaventem. Treat passengers like criminals. Code-share with brussels airlines in Belgium is pure burglary.

Ganz schlechter Service und Zusammenarbeit mit BRUSSELS airlines. Man nimmt gerne das Geld, aber hält sich nicht an die Versprechen. Es ist und bleibt eine Sauerei, das man obwohl lange Zeit voraus gebucht und bezahlt, man auf Standby gesetzt wird. Das ist bei der Air Berlin Pleite zusätzliches Kartellamt Potential.
