Exceptionally good service ! Friendly - customer oriented staff ! It is the type of service that you always want as a customer, fast, friendly, correct and everybody in the company passing by is willing to help and is friendly. The service department of Polar Dendermonde can be truly an example to many other companies! Although living in Belgium, I am a traveller around the globe and can compare with service of companies in many other industries, airlines, etc. Polar is truly setting the norm if it comes to service ! Batterij wisselen van sportuurwerk gaat daar niet meer. Werk 20 min, NU sport uurwerk verzend doosje aanvragen, op sturen naar ????, terug - 3 weken, dat noem ik nu eens een achteruit gang in plaats van SERVICE,, kan ook gedaan worden bij juwelier, 3 maal zo duur, en GEEN garantie dat ze waterdicht is, WAT EEN SERVIES, ha ha , kijken bij aankoop volgende maal,
