Nice store with a great selection of running and cycling gear, but the stuff was hidden in the back, not comfortable with English, and not all that helpful. I hope it was more of a language issue, and that Dutch-speaking customers have a better experience, because it is indeed a nice store and it would be a big shame otherwise. Unfortunately for them, there are at least two specialized running stores that offer amazing customer service and experience in Ghent. They should definitely bring their A game of they want to stay relevant in 2018.

Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Nice assortiment of running, biking and swimming equipment. I went there to buy a wetsuit and was helped immediately and with a big smile. I got a lot of tips about the maintenance etc. and was able to test the wetsuit before buying it in their own outdoor swimming pool (20m). You can even take a shower afterwards if you'd like. The only 'bad' thing for me was the location of the store, it is quite far for me to get there. Yet, this cannot be considered as a minus AND the welcoming staff certainly convinced me to make the journey again in the future. I would definitely recommend this place.
