I have been buying trucks since 2008 and this is the worst truck dealer in the surface of the earth. They are done with you the moment they received your payment, they don't reply to your messages and they will give you all kinds of excuses whenever you phone them. They received my payment almost two months ago and the truck is still with them. They have no responsibility and no respect for customers after the received the payment. The Truck I.D. 20071124 and the sales person is MR JAN.

VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE. ALWAYS ABLE TO GET SALES MAN ON THE PHONE BEFORE PAYMENT MADE, BUT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HIM AFTER DEGROOTE RECEIVED PAYMENT. TRUCK NOT SHIPPED FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AFTER PAYMENT. ONE STORY OR ANOTHER. NO MANAGER ON DUTY TO ASSIST. RECEPTIONIST NOT HELPFULL

Lamentable, camion vu le 21 janvier, payé le 21 février, livraison annulée sans cesse. Un problème sur des freins aujourd'hui !!!!! Quel est l'état réel du matériel, quelle fiabilité du service commercial? L'accueil brille mais le reste ne suit pas. Camion livré enfin le 5 février batteries HS. fuite au niveau de la boite de vitesse Bon courage aux futurs clients.
