In theory, you are open (so it says your website). In practice, you are closed (only online purchases can be retrieved). Is clear information on your website too much to expect? I understand that managing COVID-19 is difficult, but at least your website should give us decent information... Also, the guys at the entrance could be a bit nicer. I love Decathlon products, but little things like these make for a poor customer experience.

Always empty and very bad service. When I asked the employee where I could find what I was looking for, he was playing with his mobile phone, hidden between the shelves. Very professional... He told me they were out of stock. When I asked when they were going to get delivered, his answer was: the day it is scheduled to. Of course it is asked to the customers to wear a mask. The security guy did wear it below his chin because he was drinking his coke. And the ice\ employee I spoke to had his hanging from his ear. Last but not least, it was written at the entry of the shop that it is closed until 12:00 because of the covid-crisis. Yet, they are opened. Conclusion: do not go there because every single time I went there, they were out of stock and they asked me to order via Decathlon's website. Lost of time.
