Experience can be based on the sales person - we had a fairly young Sales person and he went too far with us making sure we are satisfied and we make the purchase at the end. if that was my only experience, I would have rated this as a 5 without even thinking twice. We had another incident where we went to design and customize furniture to fit our home, it was a weekend, the sales person wasn't busy, he only had us waiting for him no one was after us - then he asked us to communicate over e-Mail although we had all the information needed, he said during weekends he doesn't have time to sit with us - I checked again twice, and he wasn't serving anyone. The piece of furniture would cost around 8K, but I believe he already met his quota and he just doesn't care about selling. Combining the 5 for the 1st sales person, and 1 of the 2nd sales person, rating this as a 3. [Update] We got in touch with the seller during the week - he was extra helpful and went the extra mile for us - we are satisfied. 1 Star.
Nice store. Good assortment of designer furniture in wide price range. Lots of really tacky stuff with some gems in there. (people like tacky stuff here so I forgive them for it.)
I live in Brussels so the only big furniture store I knew was Ikea which is well, just that. Deba is quite far from Brussels but the drive is totally worth it as they have a great selection for almost every taste and budget. I replaced Casa and Ikea with Deba. They also have English speaking staff which is super helpful. I only bought a modern photo frame and will definitely come back when I buy my house!
