Truly one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with: - they had a backlog of more than three months for new customers. We moved in December and only got a customer number in March. - we have serious issues with their piping (old steel piping), yet for them it is totally not a priority, they keep ignoring us after several phone calls. - After a lot of hassle they finally came to check their old steel set-up, which renders our water undrinkable. And they said they could do nothing. We had to negotiate that they put new pipings (It's their responsibility). - After another set of phone calls we were able to plan an appointment to finally get drinking water, which then proceeded to get moved multiple times over. In the mean while, they keep sending bills.

I cannot even describe how bad their service is. Pitty that I cannot give negative points!! One star I am obliged to select is way too good a score for them
Come well-prepared at the (relatively few) days they're open and it's as easy as can be.
Worst experience I ever had. They broke the coaxial cable of telenet during the water installation and when I went to reclaim they said they did nothing and thus they were not going to repair or do anything. I open myself the well (put) that they have previously made and took pictures of the broken cable and send it to then and the only thing we got was my wife been verbally attacked through the telephone and me insulted. The person who handle the calls do not even wanted to identify himself, when I asked him for his name refused to give his name. I am giving one start because google does not allow you to give -5 starts. In the picture attached it can be seen the broken cables (left) and the water group logo to the right.
Is nog te veel 1 ster. Hebben al van in maart een waterlek met als gevolg kelder onder water. 2 keer op de verkeerde plaats komen detecteren. Krijgen ze nu niet meer aan de lijn. Ondertussen is de tuin een moeras geworden. Verschrikkelijke service en ingesteldheid. Reactie van een technieker, het verlies wordt in onze prijs gecalculeerd. En mijn huis dan!!!
Zeer slechte service en bovendien een zeer slecht opgestelde website om enkel het juiste correspontie adres te vinden.
Scandaleux cette société! Incompétent comme j'ai jamais vu. Plus de deux mois pour une nouvelle installation et toujours aucune nouvelle malgré les nombreux mails et appels. Toujours la même réponse. Et ils ont le monopole....
Hoe sneller er meerdere nutsbedrijven zijn hoe beter want dit is genant. Deze review is geschreven terwijl ik aan de lijn hang met de watergroep.
