Very nice view from the apartments. We booked two apartments. The rooms were clean and cozy. However, the staff was extremely unprofessional and were not easy going at all. Staff got really rude because we didn’t speak French. They also got rude because we checked out seconds after the checkout time. Every time we tried to discuss or speak to them, they threatened to get the police. Other than that the country is beautiful.
Our stay ruined by the extremely poor customer service at checkout. I stayed with a large group of 14 people and we booked out two apatments for three nights. The location was great, the beach was lovely and the apartment was decent. On checkout we were treated with disrespect and rudeness. To be told by Vincent that we are to speak his language because we are in his country or else he will call the police is completely unacceptable and unprovoked. Our group will certainly never do a return visit! Think twice when booking!
Big appartment great for 8 people , great view , Nice and clean just what you need to have a perfect vacation
I went to check out this morning and a guy called Vincent told me that I have 10mins to give the fobs and if I didn’t I would get my deposit back. He also said if you have any issues I am calling the police. I was taken aback by this as I hadn’t said anything at that point. So I got annoyed with them then I get a comment of “if you are in my country you need to speak my language” which I though was very racist. Pls don’t go there as their customer levels and experience is pretty poor and it’s clear they don’t want people from anywhere in the world apart from their own, in their country. Very unwelcoming despite an amazing location
