Food was very tasty, cooked on a wood fired barbecue. Portions were quite large and good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. Uptown two hours s free parking is available on request.
A friendly family restaurant with nice food
Cosy restaurant with very friendly service. They also happen to serve the best fillet steak I've had in my life! I currently live in the UK but I would travel to this place just for the joy of eating here again.
We ate at this restaurant two nights ago and I asked our waiter if he could plug my phone in to charge it while we were eating. He did and brought it back to me at the end of the meal with a busted screen. Then he immediately demanded I pay the bill for our meal, no apology nothing. When I protested, he laughed and claimed it was already like that and that maybe a ghost broke it while rolling his eyes. When I argued with him that my phone was not broken he became aggressive and chest bumped me when I backed away from him being in my face about the bill. I started yelling at that point that they'd better call the police. The police showed up but the entire time I was waiting for them to get there the OWNER, STAFF, and the OWNERS LOCAL BUDDIES were verbally abusing me, threatening me and spitting on the ground at my feet and laughing and taunting me. In the end the Belgian police didn't agree they comitted a crime in spite of me being assaulted (apparently it's okay to treat tourists like this in De Panne, Belgium) and made the owner take half off our bill. Now I'm stuck with a busted phone and still had to pay for our meal and the abuse they heaped upon us (my 12 year old was terrified and my husband had to take him to the car while I waited for the police by myself and surrounded by this group). It was so foul and out of line that it completely ruined the trip and we went home a day early. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it less than 1 star, I certainly would.

Génial, l'ambiance est super. Un large choix dans le menu. Jamais déçu. Les planches apéros sont nombreuses et délicieuses. La spécialité c'est l'entrecôte à l'os. Le travers de porc est aussi succulent. Le filet de bœuf n'est très tendre. C'est une bonne adresse.
