I gladly buy spare parts from here, but the quality of repair service leaves a lot to be wished. I have repaired my bike here three times (mainly out of convenience) and each time the staff had either forgotten to repair something or had done so only partially, leading to more troubles down the line.

just bought a bike and waited to get the few additional items added that would have taken 10-15min...after an hour we are still waiting and the sellers have been so far neither helpful and in one case also not nice at all...net bikes are of good quality...service much worse!

One year ago I bought at Cycles Devos a second hand Vespa 300 without even trying it and it turned out to be a great deal. The staff is very competent and always ready to help. I also let them service some four family bikes and always they deliver at a reasonable price. Now I bought the trycicle Piaggio 350 after having received an expert advice guiding me through all the alternatives. And they gave me a fair price for my Vespa... With the new design and the airco the shop is now much nicer. Cycles Devos is old-fashioned in the sense that the client is not a number and that they take you seriously, and they are trustworthy. But in the meantime they are very modern, with a vast showroom and several brands. They have my sympathy and customer loyalty... Simply because they deserve it.

Two visits here and both times I had problems. This time the repair (new spoke) was completed but a part on my bike was missing. They argued it was already missing and simply did not care. Customer care not a priority in this store so never again
