The team tries hard and they are nice and engaged that is why I am giving one star because the bike certainly deserves zero. I got the Cowboy2 and within the third week of usage the problems started. Issues include - rattle noises from all over the bike - non-working free-wheeling and back-paddling - extra components that are advertised on the Cowboy website but don’t fit the bike - non-working assistance. The power (electric assistance) keeps cutting in and out for no apparent reason. What is really bothersome too is that whenever an issue occurs, you contact the help desk and you have to send them a video of the problem. Then they make a best-guess diagnosis send you replacement parts and expect you to fix it yourself. My bike is still under warranty and I think that is not acceptable. Go buy the VanMoof!

The shop with the indoor track is a nice experience and a great way to familiarise with the bike. I’ve had my bike since 2018 and went in for an upgrade this week. A replacement bike was offered which is very helpful. Great product, great brand! I can recommend it to everyone.

This is a review of the Cowboy bike 2.0 - the saloon itself gets the highest grade. They are good and innovative guys, but... It was supposed to be simple, but it has never been. In my view, they launched the model prematurely - you become a lab rat with a naked model and have to clarify all the surprise issues that come on the go, from calibration of the battery to searching for accessories and dealing with semi-constant punctures. The tires were a joke - probably they were chosen to have the smallest possible resistance in order to boost the theoretical range. I do hope 3.0 that was just released will be better (lessons learned from me and other users) , because 2.0 was unfortunately a deception and it took a lot of time and effort to make it usable. Keep it up and please don't just care of selling the maximum amount of bikes ASAP!
Very friendly service and they speak great English. It's also nice to conclude the deal with a shot of tequila ;)
