It's where Council working groups meet - 27 governments working together for the greater good. Often has small exhibitions by whichever country is currently holding the 6-month rotating presidency.

Interesting to visit and see the place where a lot of EU policies are made in the Council. Otherwise there is not that much to see... Standard office building with a lot of meeting rooms and diplomats. Although just next to it is new Europa building with interesting architecture, I personally prefer Justus because in my opinion it is more usable and the food in restaurant is much better and cheaper then in Europa.
