Despite living in Brussels for years, walking in front of Justus Lipsus countless times (and having my city shut down for the convenience of Council politicians more times than I care to remember) I was never able to visit the EU Council building itself. Only \information sessions\ aimed at groups (booking three months in advance but \may be cancelled at short notice\) seem to be available, and don't even include an actual visit. As a result, this isn't really a review but a comment on my displeasure at the aloofness displayed by the EU Council in Brussels. EU citizens are clearly not welcome in the seat of what is supposed to be one of the most important EU democratic bodies.

Nothing special... Typical euro beurocratic building. However in some meeting rooms they have interesting chairs that look like they were taken from earlier versions of Star Trek.
