This is incredibly unreliable and unporfessional shop. Do not start the vicious circle of working with them. We ordered and payed 30 percent of rather expensive kitchen in March 2020. Up until today, I only managed to receive information on the kitchen by contacting the producer (Scavolini) in Italy and by speaking with the supplier of quartz to Cusines Elegance. The shop itself only responds to emails with unreasonable delay and with no useful information. Their phone is not active in the last 7 months. We managed to 'convince them' to place the order of our kitchen, that we have prepared 4 months earlier, only when we were obliged to make the trip and speak with hem in their shop (about 70km away from Brussels). Despite being billed and scheduled for taking the measures in out apartment, Michel from Cusines Elegance cancelled the night before and with he delay of 4 months to do so (partly due to Corona), we were obliged to make our kitchen facilities based on a simple drawing... Now, 6 months after this kitchen nightmare, we have the kitchen ready waiting in the shop and NOT installed because they had a 'delay' receiving the electric equipment. Once this was solved, turns out that the quartz plan de travail we ordered was no longer produced (surprise surprise), for which we were given no alternative option or excuse, just the contacts of the supplier to deal with them. But the quartz shop rightfully points out that we are not their client, do Cuisines élégance should make the order...Up until today, we don't know whether and when we will receive the 'dream' kitchen and how it will look like.
