It is very busy, but it is possible to get a table. Portions are big and tasty. The stuff works like bees. You can’t find this high level of fast food service in Belgium. HEALTHY FOOD FOR KIDS.

My girlfriend and I came here after an exhausting day. It was pretty busy but we immediately found a table for two. The prices were really cheap (3 euro for glass of wine, 8-13 euro for main dish, cocktail and Irish coffee for - 6 euro) compared with what we are used to. My girlfriend had the Italian mussels, taste were good, quality of mussels was a bit less (they ripped apart or the shell was hard to open). When she opened the pot a swarm of flies (at least a dozen) came bothering us. And in the midst of protecting our food she accidentally knocked over her glass of wine right in my dish. And this is the awesome part: the waitress came and gave her a new glass and me a new dish. She also came with an effective solution for the flies (burning ground coffee). I had a typical Liege meatball , one was enough for me and I'm a pretty big eater, tho it was a hot day. We finished with liquid dessert, she had a piña colada and I an Irish coffee.

A classic Belgian place with some of the local dishes (boules - meatballs), which I can only recommend trying. The taste flambé is a local interpretation, so don't expect a classic dish here. One of the servers spoke very basic English, but was patient with our French. You can't beat the location of this brasserie.
