The absolute worst. When the driver picked me up I asked where his meter was and he just pointed at the rear view mirror implying that his eyes were the meter. He then told me me very rudely to get out of the car when he I wasn't okay with paying 50 for a 20min car journey. Just no.

TERRIBLE experience. The taxi driver was very rude to us, only because we asked to go to an airport hotel. Moreover, he drove without belt, so fast that we've been scared the hole time. He gave us the possibility to pay only by cash. We will complain at the company. Never take a taxi at Charleroi Airport.
Very rude taxi driver. Complained about taking me to an airport hotel. I gave him the option. not to take me but he continued and had a go at me all the way. Told me to shut up. Disgraceful behaviour. Horrible horrible person Avoid these guys. No stars if I could
BAD SERVICE. Be careful with some drivers. They will charge you the highest rate, smoking in the car and rude.. Usually I called to have a cab for 5:20 AM the night before. One time, I waited until 5:20 AM but none showed up. So I called the call centre, he said that the cab is coming..10 minutes later I called back but then he told me that the driver couldn’t find the address (note: that moment I took their cab everyday!). I tried to call them again but they didn’t answer because they saw my number. No feed back from them. So NOT PROFESSIONAL!
I traveled with them and left my bag with computer in the car. I tried to call them and they said the bag was not found. I tried to talk to them, but the hung up on me and never picked up the phone again.

Je me suis faite sortir du taxi par une de vos chauffeur car mon bébé de 3 mois pleurait et cela en plein orage!!! Elle m'a dis que c'était pour ça qu'elle préférait les chats! Elle m'a dis s'appeler Cathy Catteau !!!
, en attente devant le carrefour de marchienne, au bout d une demi heure tjs pas de taxi. Le taxi envoyé jure ses grands dieux qu il est venu et m à pas vu. Par professionnel alors que je laisse toujours 2 euros 50 de pourboire ,
