Flibco is one horrid company. I had a bad experience with them already before the pandemic several times, but how they are treating their customers now is really a disgrace. They only provide 4 buses a day now from Charleroi to Brussels - and after waiting in a line for the bus, I was surprised that only a minivan arrived for 7 people! Especially now, they should be protecting their drivers and try to make sure each person to be able to keep the 1,5 m distance. We were literally smashed inside the minivan. I would prefer never ever to use this company again but as they have a monopoly at Charleroi, there is no other way to get to/from Charleroi without a car. Next time, I will rather pay a higher price to go to/from BRU airport than to pay 14 euros/one way to Flibco and wait in line one or two hours outside. So disappointed.

My door to gate shuttle did not even arrive! I almost missed my flight and had to take Uber for like 95 eur! No means to contact the company, nor the driver. Absolutely insane what they are doing

The company has a monopoly and is very aware of it. Hence, why the company does its job in an - at best - 'okayish' way for a high price. In addition, their customer \care\ is very unacommodating.

I spent 2 hours on a Friday night waiting to get on a bus. There was a line of a couple of hundred people. There is one bus every half an hour, which has space for only 50 people. I landed at 11pm and managed to get on a bus at 1am. Almost a fight broke out for people to get on one of the last buses. Very bad experience. If you see a big line, avoid it! Bad planing on side of the bus company. No problem on the way back from Brussels to the airport though.

Really a bad experience! The bus was in overbooking and I arrived 30 minutes before at the bus stop. I had to find an other solution in order to get the flight at the last minute! I think that it would be better to book a bus and to choose a time in order to let people know if the bus is full or not!! Because it is really unpleasant and unfair to let people buy something without assuring the service!!

The bus scheduled at 5pm left with at least 30mins earlier because \it was full\. No notice, no nothing. I had bought a ticket online in advance, with no use. The bus left without respecting the schedule and left without everyone who was there on time (I was there at 4:30pm), but with people who most likely bought the tickets from the driver. Very unprofessional.

A friend and I used the \door2gate\ service from Charleroi to Brussels. We fell completely unsafe during the drive. The driver looked like he was on drugs, driving extremely fast in the highway while using his phone. We really were scared. He had an extremely rude attitude and he made us wait for 25 minutes. Don't use this service for your own safety.
