Everything was perfect. During the arrival we were being waited, after coming back a transfer shuttle picked us up within 3-4 minutes. Great!

Such a bad service, please avoid to leave your car there. They sell more parking places as they have, so you are welcome to leave your car key there. Anyway, after we found out that our new car has a damage on the doors, they said, they are not responsible for that. It was a bad beggining and end of our vacations.
We called twice to the number that was displayed, they assured us that someone would come soon. We tried calling this number later on several times as no one appeared. After a waiting time of 40 minutes without seeing anyone or getting any sign of a person that would come we decided to leave to the airport and park over there as we were about to miss our flight. So we couldn't go to another parking with a shuttle as we didn't have the time. So we were obliged to pay the expensive car parking at the airport. I would say that they have a very bad service but actually they don't have a service at all!! Even few hours later no one called me back... What is the purpose of a reservation with a time of arrival when you still have to wait for over 40min...
Réservation très facile, employés très aimables, service rapide, à quelques minutes de l'aéroport, bon rapport qualité/prix. Chauffeurs très attentionnés pour faciliter les déplacements d'une personnes à mobilité réduite. A conseiller
Accueil rapide et très sympathique, le retour tout aussi rapide. Pour avoir fait plusieurs parkings à Charleroi, celui le plus simple et avec un service efficace. On vous gare la voiture en plus et on vous donne l'adresse d'une bonne friture....
Niemand komen opdagen na 45 minuten wachten, telefoon wordt niet beantwoord, samen met andere wachtenden dan maar zelf naar luchthaven gereden, na mail wordt reservering gewoon geannuleerd en geld teruggestort, geen excuses of uitleg ....
Désagréablement surprise, car le chauffeur m'a déposée dans le mauvais parking ou je n'avais pas trouvé mon véhicule, j'ai du donc attendre 30min son retour pour qu'il m'ouvre le second garage. Je déconseille fortement
Nooit meer, 5 keer gebeld. niemand kwam. Geen probleem om een uur te wachten dan wacht ik binnen wel met wat koffie. maar telkens binnen 5 minuten komt iemand. Dus niet! Hun geld absoluut niet waard.
