If I could I’d put a zero star. I had a car booked. I had direct email contact with them about it. I landed on time and yet when I arrive, yet within office hours, their shop was closed. No one was there and no one was picking up the phone. I was left there with no way to pick up my car. The most unprofessional service I’ve ever had to deal with in the rental car business. I had to pay premium fees to rent to the competitor and Europcar refuses to reimburse me this extra charge.

I rent a car at Brussels from Europcar through Ryanair to Charleroi airport by internet. I prepay also for a full insurance through Ryanair... and when I went there one of the stuff told me that this insurance is not acceptable because Ryanair is not reliable so I had to make again the insurance and pay again otherwise I have no insurance and if I make even a scratch on the car I will have to pay 1000. I did so and he told me to cancel with Ryanair. We also had on our contract with Ryanair a baby booster for a boy, and the only booster he had at the time was a pink one that was black from dirt which I was denied to take something so dirty and have my kid on it...(he didn’t charge at the end because of dirt and the only reason I took it was child’s secure) I have try with a lot of ways to contact and ask my money back from both the companies ( Europcar & Ryanair ) but there is not any possibility... Also when I went the car back and ask for my rights the lady on the desk told me that the employer that I spoke was a Greek man and wondered how we didn’t understand him since he speaks the same language.... to us he spoke only in English and only when we told him about how dirty was baby booster and we are not gipsy and that they always say bad thinks for Greek people and they don’t see what they do... told us that his married to a Greek woman...

LEGGERE BENE I CONTRATTI PERCHÉ IL PERSONALE A VOCE PARLANO DI METTERE I KM ILLIMITATI INCLUSI E AL MOMENTO DELLA CONSEGNA FANNO PAGARE IL SUPPLEMENTO DEI CHILOMETRI PERCHÉ NON METTONO LA DICITURA KM ILLIMITATI FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE LEGGERE I CONTRATTI
zéro pointé zéro explications sur le véhicule prêté, pas de choix du véhicule, on me demande de laisser le véhicule sur le parking le samedi quand il sont fermé (il y a des caméras) mais plus aucune place! j'ai du la laisser sur trottoir le long de la route et prendre des photos du véhicule comme preuve! ET SURTOUT J'AI APPELÉ POUR SAVOIR QUAND JE RÉCUPÉRERAIS MA CAUTION DANS - 10 JOURS ON M'A DIT CAR LE SIÈGE SOCIAL N'EST PLUS EN BELGIQUE MAIS AU PORTUGAL! PLUS JAMAIS!
