I could give -10 stars .... if I could! I had bad luck and lost my flight . I let the car in their parking 2-3 and they do not want to refund me not even the half money of my reservation. It is ok. Poor Belgian people drink a beer and keep this 40 euro!!! Next time I have to be more careful if I will travel from belgium. With their poor places and animal behaviour they think that they have a parking service. Some people unfortunately they survived when the deceive and cheat on the other people. Conditions of third category country!!! U cannot be the same quality as Netherlands or Germany. The best solution for all people is the parking in the airport, even it is more expensive it is trustfull.

Paid extra with cancellation option but they are refusing to reimburse. To avoid at all costs
BEWARE! I booked a parking place. As per plan I called them 30 minutes before parking to make sure the shuttle bus is ready. Only then I got to hear that there is no place left to park my car. They even didn't notify me upfront! Last-minute I had to find another parking, which turned out to be double the price. Never again!
Because of Corona I didn't had a flight. I called 3 times and I have sent 2 emails. Till now I didn't get a refund for not using the parking.
Nope. Parking listed on their site - Live Parking is a pure joke! The worst quality I have ever experienced, barely made for the flight. I see no option to express my opinion (scam?).
Orrible experience. I reserved a place for a week, starting from torromow. Today, after an entire week from my reservation, they cancelled it because they don't have place for my car. They are not profoessional at all. Now i don't know where to park my car. Totally avoid them!
Goodmorning, I would like to share my experience on Allopark which was catastrophic. I booked a parking (Ace parking) via the platform Allopark more than one month in advance and paid everything. 2 days before to leave, I received a message informing me that I had to go to another parking than the one that I had chosen because there was no place left. As I reserved so much in advance I did not understand why they asked to me to go to another parking and not to people that did last minute reservations or they should have tell me immediately that the parking was full. Nevertheless I accepted to go to another parking as it was not far from the 1st one. I tried to call the parking several time before arriving but no one replied. At the arrival, we were in front of a close big door and everywhere there was the phone Nr to call (which was not the same than the one on the paper provided by Allopark). I called all numbers, no one replied. We have been waiting there for 30 mn and then we had to find a solution, we decided to go to the first parking that I booked. There the guy told us that they could not take us as the parking was full. He advised us to go to a 3rd parking where we could find normally a place. The other parking told us that they were full but as I was desperate, they accepted to keep our car and to bring us to the airport, but as they were not depending on the platform Allopark, we had to pay again. When back I tried to reach Allopark by phone and never managed to speak with them. I found an email address but no one never replied to my request of reimbursement ! They took my money, they did not provide me with the service that I paid for, they gave me lot of stress and I almost lost my flight because of them, I do not recommend to book a parking with Allopark
We had no problem with getting to the airport with a shuttle bus, however way back from the airport to the parking was a real nightmare. You have to be prepared for unlimited waiting time until you can actually get into the bus. Insufficient bus capacity in comparison to the amount of people willing to get into. Never again.
