Bought new wedding rings to celebrate our 20 years wedding anniversary. I am glad Cartier celebrated with us. Enjoyed our stay in the boutique. The boutique has an exquisite selection. Great admosphere. A lot of effort was put into place to ensure our safety during the corona pandemic. Stay healthy everyone.

Beautifull place ... nice service to recieve persons .. but look out when they make your.package to give it with you that they give you the right piece with the right certificate .... that you payed for... because when you go back to show them there mistake they treat you like a fool and a thief ... and after they looked to there stock they they changed the piece without a real excuse .... and you lose twice time to go to the shop and explane ... Imagine i would not live in brussel .... It is a real scandel for that level of shop that they treat you like that and do not even excuse .... At that you can see.that there service is just too basic .... and without class....
This very exclusive store has an impeccable reputation and features some of the best collections of jewelry, watches and accessoires. Do note that you may not be granted entry without an appointment so make sure to call ahead of your visit. The staff is very helpful and professional and will be able to guide you as you make your choice The only issue during our visit was the change of salesperson in the middle of our visit, which is no major problem but yet not to be expected from such as establishment.
