Writing it here since apparently it's impossible to do so in the Spanish one, it just doesn't exist. The service in Spain is absolutely pathetic. Driver stops for more than half an hour between deliveries. I've had this issue where they just don't deliver twice in a row. The first time my package just disappeared. Second time he just said the vehicle had broken down. Incredible magic since I saw the driver do every single delivery up until mine where I guess he got tired of working, went back to the storage unit, then decided to hit \broken vehicle\ and call it a day. There's absolutely no way to contact the agency in Spain, leaving only a Brussels number which would cost me a kidney and probably half of the other one. There's no way to contact the driver. He's been told at least 7 times to prioritise my delivery, but it just never happens. As of now, my package has been on delivery for more than 16 hours. I get that we're in the middle of a pandemic, there's no other reason for me to buy online. Precisely for this the service should, at least, be acceptable. In the time it's taken me to write this review, the driver has been stationed for 10 minutes before I started writing, and through the entire time I've been doing it. I just can't believe this is allowed from a company that advertises themselves the way your does. It's absolutely pathetic. Will never work with this agency again.

Le pongo 5 estrellas porque la chica que trajo mi paquete fue SUPER SUPER APAÑADA y AMABLE. Justo llegó cuando yo acaba de salir. Me dio muchas opciones para poder dejarme el paquete y hasta me espero a que llegara para dármelo. Es la primera vez que lo hace un repartidor. Por ella, volvería a elegir esta empresa de reparto.
