This is the third time that I come to this branch of Umamido. Food quality is up to the franchise standard, but the service is to be improved. We came at 8pm and had to wait for 1 hour and finally had to leave without having anything. TLDR: If you want to dine in, consider making an Uber Eats order to your table! Foods would probably come faster.
Super tasty vegetarian ramen chefs' version, additionally spicy. Service was really helpful and very nice. Will come back again.

Short menu means good quality, that's a golden rule. And here you get a further confirmation. Good and tasty food, friendly staff.
The staffs clearly on focused on takeways and deliveries. A lot of dine-in guests waited for over 30mins for the food and we all lost patience. 2 of the staffs even ignored us. The staffs responded: 'You're only waiting for 30min'....... Seriously???
Enjoyed the Summet ramen. Perfect for a hot day.
Manager is the best guy ever. Very helpful and friendly. Food is very tasty and copious, very good value for money.
