I do not know where I should begin to describe adequately the disillusion induced by the unprofessionalism and non-cooperation of Twin Shop. When I decided to buy an electric scooter, the possibility of servicing the scooter in the store itself was important to me. So I bought an E-twow scooter at Twin Shop and everything went fine until I asked for a maintenance due to a problem on the rear brake. At first, a person from the shop told me that everything was fine with the scooter and that they would just replace the brake, but I insisted to have a complete check-up of the scooter. That person said that everything is ok and that he would call me a few days later to tell me to pick up the scooter and that cost would be around 35-40EUR. After a few days I got a call from the shop telling me that they can not fix my scooter, and that the device has to be sent to France for servicing, with a cost a bit superior than the 40EUR. A week later, I got a call from Twin Shop saying that my scooter was back in their shop, repaired, and that it will unfortunately cost me 170EUR. A repairing cost of 170EUR, for a scooter that is only 6 months old, that I bought 1100EUR and that was working fine except for the rear brake: of course I did not agree with such a high amount and I told them to return my device. It took them, in total, 3 weeks to return the electric scooter. They called me 2 times to say the scooter was in the shop while it was not: I spent each time time to come to Twin Shop, having to hear that they are sorry “they made a mistake, the scooter is not here”. And the pinnacle of their foolishness is that they \forgot\ to return the lower lights (reflectors) of the scooter. Let them be given a gift from me with this post. If you ever decide to purchase something in this store, think carefully. You may encounter the same problem like me.

The experience purchasing an electric scooter was a disaster. They were quite agile when we came to find out about these devices and they explained so nicely what the options were and even possible disadvantages, so we liked their attitude and we bought the scooter for 1000 euro. In the course of one year we had 2 problems and in one of this occasions they had to send the scooter to France and it took about 2 months to get it back which we were not warned about and we simply kept asking and coming to see when the device was going to be ready. In the second year, the battery was not charging so we came to see again what the problem was and they kept the device without warning us of the price or anything until we called again and came to pick it up finding out that we needed to pay 450 euro! There was no way that we could accept this as fair business if they never told us that it was going to cost that much. We decided that then we would take the device as it was brought with the old battery. Yet, they wanted to charge us the \service\ after such a disastrous business communication. Never again here and definitely not recommended to anyone

If you would like to repair your old skateboard there you might not succeed. Also, they do not recycle old skateboards (even having Patagonia clothes...)
