Dr Susana Moutinho is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very friendly and attentive. She takes care to explain everything and tries not to hurt you and gives helpful advice. I always feel she really wants to do the best for her patients. I highly recommend her.

Avoid this place at all costs! I was an Invisalign patient at the Brussels Smile Clinic for about 4 years and over that time there was a lot of smaller or bigger mess-ups (e.g. I received X-rays scans of another patient, my appointments were forgotten). At the end of my treatment, an extremely unpleasant situation occurred when Dr Declercq wanted to overcharge me about 500 over what was initially agreed in my treatment plan. Eventually she agreed to return the money, but never apologised for this situation because she ‘is not an accountant’ . When I complained about this tremendous lack of professionalism and negligence, my dentist sent a very nasty email to my employer explaining why he should not be working with me… Not quite a service or care that I I had signed up for.

Very professional, knowledgeable and still genuinely nice people at the same time! I like going to them - which is not something you say often about dentists;-) I am always happy with the services they provide - they do a complete range of procedures, so no need for you to go elsewhere for anything 'special'. You get reminders of your appointment by e-mail and they prompty change it if you ask them - always going out of their way to accomodate you. All in all, I would definitely recommend them!
