Worst customer service ever rude and unfriendly. But of course not all of them are bad, it’s the French speaking that are rude and unprofessional.The Dutch speaking are really helpful and are willing to speak to you inEnglish. Don’t get me wrong, that’s just my experience and it’s not the first or the second.
Telenet is NOT able to provide continuous internet service!! today is the second day that there is no TV or internet connection in my apartment which is in the very centre of Brussels! Customer Service is useless telling me that they are working on it, but nothing gets resolved!!! I have asked them to inform me by sms or email once they are going to solve their technic issues, but they can’t do eve this!!! TERRIBLE QUALITY - IF TOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER IN THE CEBTRE OF BRUSSELS 1000, GO FOR IT AND NOT FOR TELENET!!
Astronomic prices for a service that doesn’t exist at all.. always problems with internet and there is rarely someone by the phone to answer the questions. Wandering what they are being paid for.. avoid telenet. The most expensive provider with the worst quality!
