Good shop for retro games and collectibles, cardgames, pokemon, funko pop, etc. If you are a Nintendo NES collector as me, you will not find much here. But the staff is friendly They also have a sweet little basement with PS 1- 2 and 3 games.

Succesfully placed online preorder, had to provide PayPal details, but nothing was deducted from my account. Got a confirmation email asking to pay the money in person in their store. I emailed them twice over the course of a month, asking if I could pay by PayPal instead, but no response was ever received. Confusing service and lack of online communication. Edit: finally after 6(!) weeks of waiting, they send me an answer, only accepting cash in store. Be warned, you can only preorder by going to the store yourself. Completely useless for anyone outside of Brussels. We are 2019, please get your online payment sorted. Also, they did not even apologise for the long delay in their email reply. Horrible customer service!

And fun store, a decent selection of games, you won't find much larger collections instead Brussels as far as I can tell. They also have a second floor with a nice selection of second hand games. And very friendly employees who also speak English.
