We Tried two places here... 701 is still "fresh" highly recommend it... while its in a good shape... for any other appartement read bellow ... Beware !!! These are more looking like party house then nice cosy stay locations. Curtains falling... Strong cigarette smell... Broken chair... Many broken lights... Minimalistic cooking... made to warm up take away or pizza... Be woken up by parties in the building... Wake up to vomit in the staircase... Its extremly sad these places must have looked nice on day... The only answer provided is 'open the windows'... if you are looking to party, this is your spot.... all others... strongly advise to move along to something else. Beware of terrible service... 24H... call very hard to reach... even when the evelvator breaks downs. Will only talk by email...

The flat it’s pretty well located and the conditions are really good. You can easily walk to some attractions and main squares, take the subway really close or take an Uber which will be cheap considering the central location. The view from the balcony is very cosmopolitan and the staff was really friendly and helpful. However, the front door’s code changed and we weren’t notified which made us wait in the rain to get the situation solved, hence the 4 stars.

Cancelled reservation for one of their appartments in Brussel due to covid. No refund so far! Be very very cautious when booking with them as you might end up paying even though there is supposed to be a free refund.
