I had 4 pairs of shoes which I wanted to throw away and move on to the next purchase. One day I contacted Marcello to wax one of my shoes. When he passed by, he gave his opinion on all of my shoes and proposed to refurbishe them all back again. After only 2 days he shared with me they were ready. And I must admit they looked nearly new! I highly recommand Marcello for any shoe job, his dedication, his passion for shoes, the service and good price quality is definitely worth the money. I'm looking forward consulting him for my other pairs of shoes!

Unfortunately I wasn't very happy, not with Mr Faraggi's work, but with his attitude. I left my shoes to the cobbler who works with. The cobbler couldn't speak English albeit he was very polite and wanted to help. Inevitably Marcello had to call me in order to discuss what I want to do with the shoes. Then he emailed me with the offer charging me -among others- 15 for 10' "consulting over the phone"! I was willing to pay it, although I felt I had to protest for this absurd policy. Apparently he got offended, he refused to work with me and when I asked to talk to him in person he stopped answering my emails. I'm afraid that with this attitude Mr Faraggi will continue getting more 1 and 2 star reviews. 2 stars from me, only because the first time he repaired a pair of my wife's shoes, back when he was having his chair in Woluwe shopping center. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend.
