I'm from Portugal. I had a stone kidney crisis and I was very well treated, from the personal of the ambulance to the doctor and nurses. They made all that it was possible to treat me, all the exams and medication, and explained all that I must do with detail. Before release me from the hospital, the doctor, although I speak some french, call a portuguese nurse to assure I understood everything well. Since I have de European Health Insurance Card (wich it's free) I didn't pay anything for the treatment.
WORST MEDICAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER GET IN MY LIFE!! I AM SHOCKED BY THE CARELESS AND INCOMPETENCE OF THE PERSONNEL!! I had a very bad allergic reaction. My face and eyes got very swollen and my throat too. I had already this kind of reactions in the past and in Switzerland I have also been given injections at emergency and by a doctor because I have high risk reactions. Here, they didn't want to prescribe me anything but a simple antihistamine which I had already taken!! DOCTOR SHUTSHA TENYI is the WORST doctor I have seen in my life! She told me that there are people with worst reactions than mine, that of i needed something stronger I should go to an allergologist. Then I explained her that at the emergency my reaction was calling down a little because I was inside but that as soon as I would step out of the building or open a window, it will start again. She replied "then just don't go out". I told her that the allergy period just started and will last for 3 months and that I have work etc so I can't just stay home all the time! She looked at me and she did this "" (sign of "I don't know what to tell you, not my problem". I was REALLY SHOCKED BY THE INCOMPETENCE AND INHUMANITY Of this treatment!!! I felt so sad after they treated me like this! Last year I had a Strain at my ankle and went to this same emergency room. I had to wait 3h to be visited!! Then I was visited by 3 different assistants, not even doctors, to whom I had to repeat the same thing all over again. Finally I could see a doctor who was also totally useless and everybody is SO RUDE. I WILL NEVER STEP IN AGAIN INTO THIS AWFUL PLACE. SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK IN THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IF THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP PEOPLE AND EVEN TREAT THEM WITHOUT RESPECT NOR CARE.
On vient au urgence pour un malaise on nous posent pleins de questions ils remplissent un formulaire tout ça pour reposer les mêmes questions 3x de suite une fois à l’accueil puis l’infirmier et en suite le docteur qui vous consulte ils sont au courant de rien aucune communication
Dimanche je ramène mon fils de 15mois qui s étoffe avec un gros stresse la mere qui pleurait, le monsieur a l accueil m as ouvert la porte, on rentre une gentille DR DE COULEUR nous as dis comme quoi le petit respire mais si il as la bouche grande ouverte, pendant ce temps un con viens pour me dire monsieur sortez il faut s inscrire et attendre comme le reste, j ai rien dis. En sortant les gens a la salle d attente on essayer de lui dire que c est pas professionnel ce qu il as fais du coup il parle en néerlandais. En. Bref rien d humain ce jour la dessus . même les gens m ont dis ne plus revenir ici
