I took several sandwiches from the shop and they were all very good. But the sandwich \Cotto\ with truffles is absolutely amazing!
A couple of weeks ago I bought over one kg of Parmesan, for which I paid the full premium price of Parmesan. The taste seemed inferior to the usual Parmesan that I buy (there or elsewhere). After barely two weeks there was mold on it, and on closer inspection I noticed it was not even Parmesan, but Grana. Friends of mine have had the exact same experience there. When you charge people a premium price for a premium product, don't give them a low quality inferior product that is clearly about to go bad, because, besides being deceitful, this is theft.
Very good, real Italian restaurant. Very difficult to spot from the outside, but worth a visit or 2 or 3. Very welcoming staff, great pasta. Nice choice of Italian craft beers. Well done!
