Do not use this company! We decided to go for them because of the good reviews: absolute scammers. Their equipment was broken, they were late, and in the end we moved our furniture by ourselves, despite paying almost 600 euros for a service we never received. We paid for three people and a lift, and got one person with a van. When we asked for a refund of some of the money back, they offered us a free move (as we were standing with the boxes in front of our new apartment). After we contacted the company twice to ask for money back, we were told we would get some back. We never did and they stopped returning our calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Completely unprofessional and a ridiculous experience that somehow is considered normal in Belgium. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service.

We used the express lift service. The location was complicated - bus stop under the balcony, but they asked for the required permits and managed to get our furniture into the apartment (other companies we contacted said that was impossible due to the bus stop). They were on time, very friendly and everything went well. I recommend them!
Highly professional customer service. Quick and flexible, I booked the lift one day in advance, the company replied swiftly, and without any complications adapted to short-notice changes of schedule. The guy who provided the lift, carried the furniture into my apartment and set it up is super professional, super friendly and highly reliable. No bad surprises when it came to payment agreed beforehand. From my experience, 100% trustable, I would highly recommend the company!
Really bad experience, they tried to charged us doubled the price of their online offered with nonsense arguments. I don't appear because my roommate did it, but the budget was clearly inflated since it differ with no reason 450 euros from the offer announced in the website and we think it is because the apartment is cool and you thought you could just inflate the budget and we will pay it without questioning it.Highly unprofessional.
Simply didn't show up to the agreed upon time. After reserving a day & time via phone and confirming via mail we waited for the whole evening, unable to reach then via phone nor mail. The next day they sent me a mail \confirming\ a date for the following week to make it seem like a misunderstanding.
Was very efficient and friendly from start to end. Right on time. Also liked the fact that I could communicate in English! Would use the company again if need arises.
