AMAZING!! so tasty. A bit pricy, but you definetly get what you pay for.
Old style pastry with good ingredients like Valrhona. I tasted two different small cakes and both were equally softy, creamy and boring, a mix of indistinctive and unappealing textures and flavours. Clearly overrated for my taste.
Great croissants. Probably the best in Brussels and at par with the best in Paris.What ever he makes it is great. Only weak point: if u come in the afternoon, choice is limited.

I love Nicolas’s cakes with this delicate foam, my personal fav is the Chatelain cake - super chocolate, with delicate and crunchy foam. Omg - heaven in mouth!! There is also one with coffee flavour and speculoos - simply stunning. My fav patisserie in Brussels.
