It was a little crowded and the racks were quite messy and disorganised, but what do you expect? ITS THE SALES! The music was pumping and I got some cool mom jeans definitely love this shop! (review from my sister)

Never had a problem with the New Look in rue Neuve until today. I bought two necklaces and one of them was broken. I couldn't change it (there wasn't another one) and I could not get my money back because it was discounted. So, I was already irritated but above that I got accused of stealing the necklace. I could prove that I didn't because I had the receipt yet, I left the store with a humiliating and confusing feeling. The guard did not even appologise. Was everything because of my ethnicity? I hope no-one experiences the same.
