well apart from being too expensive, I agreed on fixing few things in the bike for less than 100, then they called saying it will be 120, few days later someone called (so polite and all of course) saying, how many hours he ALREADY spent fixing the bike and now it is 180.. just like that.. For pick up, i had to stay outside for 30 minutes (covid and we understand but fix a time to come for pick up, Not come and Wait) yeah the people are nice and all but COME ON... I - personally - wont be going there again, ever.

I was there on 20.11.2020. in the late afternoon to change the crank on my bicycle. I just showed up without making an appointment. They had the spare one in stock and change it within 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Free of charge they checked the other crank and adjusted the air pressure. I have payed with the Bancontact and received the invoice via e-mail same day. They were professional, fast and polite. Job well done!
Not recommended! I brought my bike to change an air chamber and the pedals. I found it very unprofessional that they decided on their own to do a full maintenance and change a part of the handlebar, which I did not request and was not informed about nor of the price. To do all this, it took them 1.10h and they charged me more than 100 for this! I have been in several cities in Europe and have never experienced such lack of professionalism (at least inform the client about what you have decided to do on their bike!).

Jean, the person who was working there was very helpful. We had a few other customers ahead of us and I saw each one given very professional service. Jean was equally helpful and engaging with all his customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Very helpful and friendly staff! After going back & forth to Decathlon 7(!) times with a bicycle bought from there, Morning Cycles were the only people able to explain the actual issue I had with it! Absolutely recommend!!
Very friendly and super helpful. They speak English as well and have a nice table outside while you’re waiting.
