The restaurant is very small and it’s like a hidden gem of Rue de Flandre. It creates a nice feeling of cosiness! At the same time, some of the tables lack the intimacy a bit, as they’re too close to others. The owner is the cook and waiter at the same time, normally there’s also his wife with him but this time he was alone. Even like that, he was very kind, smiling and personal - excellent service. Despite one person having to serve all the tables, our drinks were served almost immediately. We had to wait for quite some time to get the starter and the main dish, but as we were prepared for it (thank you, Google reviews), it didn’t feel like a big deal. The food and wine was delicious, portions are large. Everything on the menu seems tempting so the choice is hard. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to!

Having A host and hostess/owners directly from Madagascar make the food it truly authentic. Love the open kitchen concept and atmosphere has a true feeling of being a geographically outside of Brussels. The food was outstanding. Extremely flavorful, colourful and unique ingredients outside of the norm. A must if you have not experienced island food before. Thank you Ms Hanta and Mr Thierry for providing such a lovely experience. See you soon.

I do really like their food and the tiny cosy restaurant. The cocktails and Rhum drinks are very delicous too. Friendly family service and insight into the kitchen and preparation of the food. Though abit on the pricy side.

Very cosy place. Good food and very friendly. We got offered a small \amuse\ soup of tomato, banana and typical Madagascar' pepper. Very nice combination. Our main dishes were great as was the desert. Definitely a place to try for people who want to try something new.

Went there for their special lunch edition. It was delicious, the food, wine and cocktails are very good. The staff (one person aka the cook and host) was very friendly and helpful despite having to cook for 25 persons. Will come again. PS make a reservation beforehand
