Shocking customer service. Never respond to letters or email. Do not honour 'empty promise' they said they could beat Sibelga by 30% ...they did! 30% MORE expensive. Shocking company

Really disappointing behavior. They have agents of LUMINUS that meet you in front of Media Markt and say that if I introduce my details I will just get an offer from their company. In the end I realize that they made a contract for me without my consensus. Now I called to cancel it and guess what? They force me to continue 1 month with them, as it is impossible to break it now. Manipulative, disgusting behavior. No transparency and scam. I recommend ENECO - better prices, better service and transparency.

Demande de dossier pour ouverture compteurs pas envoyé chez Sibelga: résultat 3 semaines sans électricité ni gaz. Sibelga n'a jamais reçu le document. Sommes allés chez Lampiris, 3 jours pour obtenir l'ouverture des compteurs. De plus, démarchage téléphonique grossier, on vous raccroche au nez!

Attention ils vous font un contrat prix fixe 2 ans mais quand vous signé c'est que pour un an et après augmente les prix de 20 a 30 %,des vrais voleurs
