I enjoyed my time at Le Detour. After a long train ride from Paris, and then walking from the train station to Grand Place, I was in much need of a breather. A \detour\ if you will. The barman was nice and conversational and the music was fun. The beer was cold and refreshing. I love dive bars and this fits the bill. Great place to go to get away from the crowds for a brief moment. Prost!
Don’t come here. Drinks are over priced relative to other establishments. 4.50 Euro for a Leffe Blonde when it’s only 3.00 Euro at other bars. Save your money and your disappointment for something more worthy.
Small with tatty old furniture. Could do with a good clean!! Music is v poppy!
