I am currently wearing this Montblanc watch and I can confirm that it is a very nice piece ! I keep the chronograph always running in order to get a \small seconds\ function and the resulting animated 3D dial is gorgeous. I am satisfied with purchase and service.

False advertising / worst experience / horrible outcome I negotiated the purchase of a watch through Chrono24. I asked the following questions from this so called “Trusted Dealer”: - any scratches? The answer was that the watch was like new. Serviced and polished. - original box and papers? Yes, all included. I received the watch and you could see scratches everywhere. This was confirmed by Jaeger Le-Coultre in Sydney! JLC recommended a service! The box was NOT the original box and “papers” was a card that had a name and no place / year of purchase. I tried to reason with Mr Simon Djanaschwilli without honourable outcome. Chrono24 also tried by suggesting a discount from the price of the watch to address the misrepresented item. No result. What a horrible experience. I will be pursuing this matter with all relevant authorities.

Great service from Simon and the team. They swapped a watch for me that I wasn’t happy with, way after the 3 month warranty date. It hadn’t been worn and they swapped for an alternative. Will go there again.
