2 day ago I order one paire of jeans and in 14/12 in the morning I phoned the shop to ask about my order they was so friendly with me and said you can come any time for pick up them I went to the shop to take them one seller girl she was too rough with me I gave her the ticket of proof of payment she said your Id cart I gave her my Id she look to my Id cart and said it is not yet arrive I said to her today I. The morning I called the shop and they said to me I can come to pick up them then she went to bring it take from her one minute just I am so disappointed of the service in this shop I use to wear long time ago from Jack & Jones jeans sorry but you must hiring professional worker to dial good with customers
Personnels sympathique souriant gentil. Toujours présent si on a besoin d aide. On y retourne souvent.
A chaque fois que nous sommes aller nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire, Si on ne trouve pas la taille ,ils vont voir ds le stock si il y en a. Vous conseille. Tout le personnel tres gentils sympathique.
