I have been trying to unblock my account for days now. Every time they are supposed to send me a code through SMS, it never arrives and support is just ignoring my emails.

Like many others... unable to create account; telephone support not available because of the volume of enquiries (!); only automatic acknowledgement of support request made website. Unless you absolutely have to use this product I would not bother, indeed I am looking for other solutions to eID issues. In addition to the above one needs to know that if one does not use a banking app for sign up, installing and using an eID card reader requires (on Windows) an extension to be installed for Edge/Chrome, some other software to be installed, a PC reboot to make it work... all to have itsme fail when producing the \signed document\ at the end of the account creation process. Since this is no way to run a viable business, I doubt itsme will be around for very long... but in the unlikely event they do get in touch, do resolve the problems and do demonstrate some positive qualities other than mere existence I will update/add a new review.

unable to create a login. Not at all user friendly onboarding.
Impossible to create an account with my phone number for 2 weeks. Impossible to contact itsme over the phone.
I can't register with a bank card. Pass all the procedures with the card reader. It say \you have to have a Belgian ID card\ and right after \technical error\. Ennoying.
