I wanted to report my bad experience with this bak and I was very surprised to see so many other negative comments. Well... I do not have an account here and I needed some coins, not much, some 20 euro in coins. Well they said NO because I don't have an account. Jeez... what are banks for? Well that is certainly the best way get people to open accounts... if that is the service... a shame how these banks are run: no service and then they get loads of tax payers money when they go bankrupt...

The only possible moment to reach them - at lunch time and they are closed. How working people are supposed to be served ? Makes me change the bank.

Terrible ing bank chain from my experience. Have opened a bank account with all the correct details. After a week waiting for my card to be delivered via BPost, I never receive the card. When to go there I realize that the have written my address incorrectly, which was a simple job to copy from the ANEX which I have provided.

They don’t respect appointments, it’s a chaos. Made 2 appointments online and by email, and when I went in they had no idea about them. Long waiting time.

I have been victim of an online fraud of 999,99 euros paid from my ING bank account to Paypall in Singapore on a day I didn't use my online banking, furthermore my Paypall was not connected to my bank account. ING customer service refuse to provide any further insight on the fraud (for example checking the correspondence of IP addresses to help me find evidences to prove the fact that I was not involved in the payment). On the contrary they accused me of having given the secret code and have authorised the payment which I denounced (to the Police as well) as fraud. Shame. They refuse therefore to give me back the money that have been stolen from my account. Implicitly accusing me of lying. How is this possible? How about securing our interests and protecting us from online fraud? Who is responsible of checking IT datas when this happens? WORST BANK EVER with the POOREST CLIENT SERVICE AND ONLINE SECURITY.

I was attended by a certain blond employee, who I must say, very rude and unfriendly. After telling her that I needed to block my card and asking in how much time could i have a new one she simply replied with \ you must call a certain number to block it\. She seemed uncortable to answer my questions...as if I was forcing her to do her own job ! She told me that I could ask for a new card there but that I had to first block it by myself. Even the part where she asked me RUDLY if I had the number, she didn't even wait for me to pick my phone to note it, instead, she told me the number as she was in a rush and disappeared before I asked her anything else . After that I block my card and i saw myself waiting for more then 15 min, with the biggest line. I end up by giving up and just went away. I'm shocked on how there's more then one complain about this employee and the service that it has been given to the clients on this certain Ing and still today nothing has changed!!! I advise all ing clients to never step in that store.

Went there 35 days ago to open one account, and went back again 5 days later, because they called me and told me that my files were lost. After 2 complaint letters, today I received the reply from the bank, to claim that they have never received my files or application. I’ve shared stories with all my asian friends, and apparently I’m not the only Asian who has been treated this way. Shame on ING.
