Not friendly lady at the information. I arrived on time but didn’t receive a ticket, even though it was just to fill in a simple form. Lady was not helpful, dropped me some documents not connected with the question I came with.

Aucune réponse par téléphone. Service catastrophique également par mail ; réponses courtes, sans conseils. Chômeur n'est pas ma formation, merci d'apprendre à vos employés de communiquer davantage... ou penser à changer de métier.
