Phoned them on a Saturday at 12.30. Said they would be home in 1hr. Just to make sure, I phoned other serrurier. None could come before Monday. Euro serrures arrived at 13.15 and solved everything.

We had two terrible experiences with Euro Serrures. The first was where they charged us 750 (!) to help us to get in our appartement after we locked ourselves out (the simple 2 minute card trick did it for them, no replacement of lock, etc). Hoping the first experience was just due to a dishonest employee, we gave Euro Serrures a second chance, asking to replace the lock on our iron-gate front door and making sure that one pane of the door was no longer scraping the ground. Long story short, all the work they did placing the lock on the iron-gate door, making a new iron-gate frame, \painting\ the new parts was of very poor quality (misaligned frame which causes the wind comes through, spray paint that immediately disappeared, poor quality materials overall). To make things worse, they cut away more than 1cm from the whole bottom of the pane of the front door (that was slipping only slightly on one side), so that you can now see through from the inside and outside. Whereas the other pane that they didn't touch the ground is nicely aligned with the ground, so it is visually very disturbing. They never apologised or proposed a solution/compensation, communication was a disaster (they always showed up late for the appointments), etc.
Terrible company. They installed a cylindre for which they charged me 450 euro. Few months after, my cylindre blocks the key. I called them couple of time, theh said they will call me back. They never did.
Only locksmith that IS open at 08.00 . good service as well

Euro serrure m’a fait des doubles de clefs au prix de 7 euros pièce alors que ses concurrents le font à 3,5 euros !!! Déplus j’ai dû remmener les clefs car elles n’ouvraient pas la porte. Le personnel du magasin et la patronne de ce magasin ne se sont même pas excusés pour ce mauvais travail de leur part. Je déconseille fortement ce magasin
L’entreprise nous a facturé 30 euros (!) pour deux copies non fonctionnelles d’une clé. Il nous a refait deux nouvelles copies qui n’ont pas mieux fonctionné. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, ce qu’il a refusé. Le travail est manifestement de mauvaise qualité, mais le vendeur ne souhaite pas se remettre en question et préfère invoquer toute sortes d’excuses. À fuir, donc.
