Most horrible experience in a store EVER. I was picking up a UPS package and I was gonna be there just at the closing time (18h) so i called 15min earlier to give my name and explain that I might be 2-3min late. I opened the door at 18:01 and he immediately started yelling at me for being late, saying that he has things to do and needs to leave, complaining about UPS (again!) etc etc for a couple of minutes. I kindly tied to explain that I called him earlier but still no civilized reaction. It was not the first time that I had problems with the same employee at this store but it was the absolutely last time that I went there.
If you live or work in the the Schuman area, this is a very convenient pick up place for your packages .
No customer service whatsoever, person very rude

Horrible service. Came to pick up a package on the afternoon of 20th of December. The clerk was on the phone, ignoring me for 10 minutes and was annoyed when I tried to say I need to pick up the package. When I finally got the package (him still on the phone) he continued making faces to express his annoyance that he has to do anything for me and vawed his hand as if to suggest- GET OUT! I will lodge a complaint with the delivery company Relay.
