I had a long round trip Belgium - Bali with a stop in Dubai ️. I usually need a day or 2 to rest and to get rid of the jet lag. Not this time! The flight was so comfortable! The chair was easily convertible to bed and I managed to sleep during the flight (which is not often the case).The service was amazing and the staff was extremely nice, smiling and helpful. \u200d️I caught a cold just before my flight and the staff took care of me and prepared warm tea whenever I needed. I also didn’t hesitate to take a glass of good Champagne ( but that’s another story ). Will definitely fly again with @emirates ️ #EmiratesAirline

Had a terrible experience on their flight from Dubai to Brussels where a giant cricket/roach hybrid crawled out of their blanket package and on my leg. I ended up catching it after alerting a flight attendant (who was horrified by the matter). I had to email customer service for any type of resolution (which took about 1.5 months to even get a lackluster response) to the issue even after the head flight attendant said she’d document the entire thing. Terrible customer service considering their allegedly “premium” status.
They completely forgot to serve my wife's meal on business class flight! They forgot my drink and didn't take my meal order later on next business class flight. Too many business passengers with not enough staff - totally impersonal care. Very disappointed. They have much narrower seats than I have experienced on other business class carriers. They changed our seats twice, without informing us despite me selecting them months ago, to less suited seats for us. They separated my 3 kids in economy twice. Just not good enough for the price!

Augustus 2018: Met Emirates naar Bali gevlogen via Dubai. Prachtige luchtvaartmaatschappij met een evenredige knappe service aan boord. Vriendelijk personeel en bij deze maatschappij krijg je nog deftig eten (keuzemenu) en drinken wanneer je wil. (ook cocktails inbegrepen.) Ieder passagier heeft een TV monitor in de zetel met films en muziek ter beschikking. Je krijgt bij de instap een hoofdtelefoontje en een dekentje ter beschikking. Goede verzorgde service. Zelfs wifi is aan boord. Dat is heel wat anders dan bij "Ryanair".
Het was bijna perfect, vriendelijke stewardessen. Het eten was behoorlijk. Heerlijke stoelen dat echt nodig is voor een lange vlucht. Veel keuze qua films en qua spelletjes.
