Was a great service before being converted into Share Now. Since then number of cars in the city decreased significantly (see screenshots attached - just 4 cars in a whole city) customer service doesn’t reply to emails, so it becomes close to impossible to use the service in Brussels. The idea behind sending this feedback is to alarm a bit the company, so hopefully the situation will change for good.

Very pleased with this service. Easy, quick and convenient. Solves the parking issue in the city. Customer Service is always friendly and helpful. Of course DriveNow is not perfect, for example signing up is somewhat hazardous. But, I can see that they are constantly improving. I would definitely recommend the service if you are in Brussels or any other big European city, where DriveNow is operating.
Love it, use it on a weekly basis. Can be better, like faster response on the app and improved onboarding process, but I still love the cars.
The service is not reliable or consistent in the application on the phone. Two week ago I was invoice incorrectly. Then they took two days to unlock the app so I could book . If you want a reliable service with good customer service this is not for you. You will be let down by the customer service lack of urgency or any attempt to help you get a car.
I am a client since 2016 and I put three stars for the service itself and for the cars, both of which are very nice and efficient. However, I must admit I am very disappointed with the "Service Compabilité": the finance department keep sending me quite aggressive emails for a service fee of less than 2EUR that was not deducted from my personal account due to events beyond my control (given that other DriveNow service fees are successfully being deducted from it). Despite my requests for clarifications, I am still receiving vague replies and I feel am wasting my time in vain.

Efficient but so far away from the city
I've been a registered user of DriveNow for over two years. I sold my car as I was rarely using it and rely now on public transport on a daily basis, so I just tend to use DN occasionally. When you need a car for those hospital visits, heavy shopping trips or just short journeys out of town for whatever reason, DN are the absolutely perfect solution. Cheaper than a taxi or regular car hire, and as long as you are aware of their rules and drive sensibly, you can't really go wrong! If more people would use car sharing of this type you would soon discover you can save a lot of money, play a role in cutting congestion and pollution, and still get from A to B very cheaply and easily. I've never had any problems whatsoever.
